Below are answers to some of the frequently asked questions we receive about how Dr. Berg courses works.
There is no volume to videos?
The latest release of the web browser, Chrome 66, mutes autoplay videos. This means you will have to manually turn on the volume from the video.
To do this, simply check volume controls on the bottom right corner of the video player.
What do Dr.Berg courses include?
Each Dr.Berg course is created, owned and managed by the Dr. Berg. The foundation of each course are its lectures, which can include videos, slides, and text. In addition, Dr.Berg can add resources and various types of practice activities, as a way to enhance the learning experience.
How do I take a course?
Dr.Berg courses platform features free and paid courses. You can enroll at any time in the free courses or you can purchase premium content. You can begin the course whenever you like, and there are no deadlines to complete it.
Dr. Berg courses can be accessed from several different devices and platforms, including a desktop, laptop, mobiles. However for the best learning experience we do recommend using a desktop or laptop as the platform may not be fully optimised on smaller devices.
After you enroll in a course, you can access it by clicking on the course link you will receive in your confirmation email (provided you’re logged into your Dr. Berg account). You can also begin the course by logging in and navigating to your My Courses page.
Do I have to start my Dr. Berg course at a certain time? And how long do I have to complete it?
As noted above, there are no deadlines to begin or complete the course. Even after you complete the course you will continue to have access to it, provided that your account’s in good standing, and Dr. Berg continues to have a license to the course.

Is Dr.Berg an accredited institution? Do I receive anything after I complete a course?

What if I don’t like a course I purchased?
